The Epson Stylus Photo 2000P inkjet printer was specifically designed with the professional photographer in mind. Providing quality printing for archival photo reproduction, it prints borderless, edge-to-edge images on sizes up to 13 x 44 inches. You can print in six rich colors using drop-on-demand Micro Piezo inkjet technology, and Epson's archival ink with MicroCrystal Encapsulation keeps colors long lasting and fade-resistant. Plus, you won't be caught dry, thanks to automatic low-ink detection.
This printer has an optimum resolution of 1,440 x 720 dpi for both black and color pages. Completed images arrive in under four minutes when printed on matte paper, and under six minutes when using semi-gloss sheets. While it can handle plain bond paper, it functions best when used with professional photo papers, including archival, glossy, watercolor, and radiant white matte. Maximum paper capacity is 100 sheets or ten envelopes.
The Photo 2000P printer is compatible with both Windows and Macintosh operating systems, which it accesses via either USB or parallel connections. It measures 21 by 30.3 by 16.3 inches and weighs just 18.5 pounds. A standard one-year limited warranty is included and supplemented by the Epson Exchange Program.
